Our services include

  • Convenient, central location for showing property and responding to tenant needs
  • Rent drop box at Weichert-lnlet Properties office for ease of tenant payment
  • Advertising includes listing with multiple listing service, interior/exterior pictures in Real Estate Information Network
  • Provide lockbox on property for easy access by other realtors showing your property
  • Show property to prospective tenants, including other property management companies
  • Provide colorful, informative flyers to prospective tenants
  • Administrative services including but not limited to: collection and disbursement of monthly rents, monthly and year end statements and 1099's for tax purposes
  • Qualify potential tenants by providing extensive credit checks, background checks and previous landlord checks
  • Process paperwork: lease signing, lease renewals, disbursement of funds, detail reports to homeowner
  • Conduct whole house and perimeter inspection annually; interim 6-month visual curbside inspection
  • Perform walk-through inspection prior to lease signing and at lease conclusion
  • Coordinate reliable contractors who provide dependable service at a fair price and also emergency repairs
  • Work with attorneys and the court system regarding litigation involving breaks in lease or lease defaults or non-payment of rent
  • Work with the owner and tenant to resolve tenant issues
